Composed for Aaron Studer, I was inspired by the origin of his first name. A biblical name whose roots are said to come from Hebrew as well as Egyptian, but there is no clear meaning for the name Aaron, which may be Hebrew for "the exalted one", "the one from the mountain", "the enlightened one", "the bearer of the martyrs" or "the tent man". With all these possible meanings and the temporal as well as geographical origin of this name, an overall picture emerged and as a result, this composition.
