"A Laurent Carrel, pour ses 20 ans de direction de la Fanfare Paroissiale de Siviriez"

The Fanfare Paroissiale of Siviriez wanted to give its conductor Laurent Carrel a special gift for his 20 years of conducting. So I was commissioned to compose a march in the traditional style. Everything was composed and practised in secret, without the conductor's knowledge. At the 2019 annual concert, Laurent Carrel was surprised with this march. He was given the director's score and "Vingt-Age" was performed for the first time. A successful surprise and a great honour for me. (Video)
